Factory Farming Law & Policy Fellowship
The Factory Farming Law & Policy Fellowship Program places recent graduates in fellowship positions with Richman Law & Policy, where fellows focus on false advertising litigation against industrial animal agribusinesses.
As food companies increasingly mislead consumers about the industry’ impacts on public health, the environment, animals, and workers—fellows work to expose the harmful reality of commercial animal agriculture and ensure that companies live up to their marketing representations.
The Factory Farming Law & Policy fellows have recently filed several Consumer Protection and FTC complaints including the following:
-
Champion Petfoods - "Wild-caught" and "Free-Run"
Listen to our very own Jay Shooster interviewed on Our Hen House and at the Aquatic Animal Welfare Conference.
