Caroline works Of Counsel at Richman Law & Policy. Prior to joining RLP, Caroline worked as a litigation associate at a New York law firm. During law school, she worked as an intern at the Center for Family Representation, Lawyers for Children, and the Center for Court Innovation. She was also a member of the family law clinic and Human Rights Law Review and a founding member of the Columbia Law School's Mindfulness Program.
Caroline received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2018. Prior to her law degree she received a master's degree from Harvard Divinity School and completed her B.A., magna cum laude, in Philosophy and Eastern Religion at the College of the Holy Cross. She is also currently pursuing a Ph.D in Philosophical Legal Ethics.
