Tracy D. Rezvani is Of Counsel at Richman Law & Policy. Her work is focused on D.C. Consumer Protection Law. Tracy strives to bring further integrity and transparency to the marketplace through her work.

Previously, Tracy was a partner at Finkelstein Thompson LLP. There, she litigated in the areas of antitrust, consumer finance, defective consumer electronics, mass torts, privacy, and food mislabeling. Tracy has been involved with many cases such as litigation against pharmaceutical manufacturers for misleading consumers about harmful side effects, against consumer electronics manufacturers for products that would break down just outside the warranty period, against numerous corporations for failure to keep consumer data safe and secure as promised, against credit card companies who promised fixed rates yet quietly changed the account holder to variable rates after the passage of a certain time, and against numerous giants in the food industry for mislabeling food.

Tracy received her J.D. from George Washington University and her B.S. from the University of Maryland, College Park in Business Administration.

Tracy is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland. Outside of RLG, Tracy is also involved with the District of Columbia Bar, where she has previously served as Co-Chair of the Antitrust and Consumer Steering Committee, the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution, and she is a Director of the D.C. Consumer Rights Coalition.
