About the Role
This position is a full-time associate attorney position with Richman Law & Policy. The Associate will work on cases brought under a variety of legal theories ranging from false and deceptive advertising to tort and securities law. Because we are a boutique firm, the Associate will be involved in all stages of a case’s lifecycle
and will be given meaningful, challenging work from day one. This is an excellent opportunity for a new lawyer to dive right into public interest litigation.

Responsibilities
The Associate will play an active role on cases in the firm’s practice, including:
Investigations and case development.
Drafting and preparing motions and briefs.
Participating in hearings, conferences, and depositions.
Interfacing with clients and providing guidance throughout the litigation process.
Qualifications
Law school graduate with J.D.
2-5 years of experience in federal civil litigation
Class action, consumer protection, tort and/or securities law experience a plus
Strong analytical skills
Excellent writing and research skills
Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Familiarity (preferred) with Clio, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, LEXIS,PACER/ECF.
The ideal candidate is passionate about repairing the world, improving corporate accountability, and has a demonstrated commitment to public interest work (namely, movement and cause lawyering).
Additional Details
Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 depending upon experience.

40-hour work week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (ET)
Supplemental pay types:
