Kim E. Richman is the Founder of Richman Law & Policy. His work focuses on Impact Litigation. Kim strives to use law and policy to repair the world by litigating on behalf of everyday citizens, parents, activists, nonprofit organizations, progressive businesses, and trade associations.

Siobhan Donahue is the Managing Associate at Richman Law & Policy. She wants to use her experiences and formal education to promote community development and sustainability.

Shelly is an experienced professional with a strong accounting background. She has worked at RLP since its inception with a strategic focus on growth and innovation. She has a passion for travel and all things volleyball.

Nicoly "Nikki" Santos is an Attorney at Richman Law & Policy where she focuses on the firm’s Human Rights practice. She is passionate about advancing corporate accountability, promoting ethical supply chains, and strengthening international law to expand access to justice.

Roan Gillingham is a Paralegal at Richman Law & Policy, where he assists across all areas of the firm, including sustainability, environmental, animal welfare and human rights. 

Dawson Vandervort works with RLP of counsel and as a litigation fellow. He has experience in energy, environmental, animal, and tax law. Outside of work, he studies political ecology and walks his dogs.
