About the Role
This position is a full-time Office Coordinator position with Richman Law & Policy. The Office Coordinator is the operational backbone of the firm, providing administrative support to attorneys and staff and ensuring the office, its systems, and its schedules run smoothly. Because we are a boutique firm, the Office Coordinator will touch nearly every aspect of firm operations and play a visible, valued role on the team.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and staff across the firm's practice;
Oversee the Paralegal and Law & Policy Analyst;
Coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers; manage office supplies and equipment;
Managing the summer intern class end-to-end, from recruitment and interviewing through onboarding and assignment placement;
Sourcing materials for intern curricula and firm educational programming; and
Assisting with media and communications, including development of the firm's marketing and educational materials;
Answer and route phone calls with professionalism; serve as a first point of contact for clients and partners; and
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing executive administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
1–3 years of administrative, office management, or legal support experience;
Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information;
Familiarity (preferred) with Clio, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, and legal billing software.

Additional Details
Start Date: Fall 2026 (negotiable)
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000
