National Association of Consumer Advocates - NY Chapter

Richman Law & Policy’s founding partner, Kim Richman, serves as the New York chair of NACA and RLP’s managing attorney, Clark Binkley, serves as the Outreach Liaison. NACA’s mission is to promote consumer justice and curb unfair and abusive business practices.

During this time they have helped draft amicus curiae briefs on behalf of NACA in support of consumer litigation including Cox v. Spirit Airlines, Inc., 786 F. App’x 283 (2d Cir. 2019) and Mount v. PulsePoint, Inc., 684 F. App’x 32 (2d Cir. 2017). They have also led the charge in lobbying for amendments to NY’s consumer protection laws, ensuring consumers are protected against unfair business practices. Please see the link for more information.
